2022: Outdoor — Claimed a victory at the UAB Green and Gold Invite in the 400m after stopping the clock at 49.25 … Set a personal record in the 400m at the Crimson Tide Invitational, clocking a time of 48.29 … Helped the 4x400 relay team to a top-5 finish at the Sun Belt Outdoor Championships, a finish that secured the first men’s title in program history. Indoor — Broke his personal record in the 500m with a time of 1:07.01 at the UAB Blazer Invitational.

2021: Outdoor— Helped the 4x400 medley relay team to a runner-up finish at the LSU Boots Garland Invitational ... Took third place and earned all-SBC honors with the 4x400 medley relay (3:15.30) team at the Sun Belt Outdoor Track & Field Championships ... Earned fourth place at the SLU Pre-Conference Tune Up after finishing the 400m in 49.20 seconds. Indoor— Set a new personal record in the 300m (36.22s) at the UAB Blazer Invitational ... Picked up a sixth-place finish at the Sun Belt Indoor Track & Field Championships, crossing the finish line in 50.53 seconds.

2020: Outdoor – Placed second in the 200m at the Jaguar Opener (22.44). Indoor – Crossed the line at 49.44s in the 400m in preliminaries and helped the 4 x 400 relay team place fourth in finals in the 4 x 400 (3:19.04) at the Sun Belt Championships … Helped the Jaguar 4 x 400 relay team place fourth at the Samford Bulldog Invite (3:22.82) … Recorded a personal-best in the 400m (49.25) at the Clemson Bob Pollock Invitational … Helped the Jaguars place third in the 4 x 400 relay at the Samford January Invite with a 3:18.73 time.

2019: Outdoor— Was part of the 4 x 400m relay team which earned a third-place finish and all-Sun Belt recognition with a season-best time of 3:13.19 at the conference championships …Took the top spot in the 400m (49.24 seconds) and third in the 200m (21.92 seconds, a personal best) at the South Alabama Invitational … Won the 400m at Samford’s Alabama Track Challenge, crossing the line in 49.59 seconds, and finished third in the 200m (22.25 seconds) … Helped the Jaguar 4 x 400m relay teams to victories at the South Alabama Invitational and Jaguar Opener. Indoor— Ran the 10th-fastest 200m in Jaguar program history at Samford’s Bulldog Invite, crossing the line in 22.48 seconds … Recorded a season-best 400m time of 50.45 seconds at the Vanderbilt Invitational … Claimed second-team all-conference honors as part of the 4 x 400m relay team which took the runner-up spot at the Sun Belt Indoor Championships with a time of 3:18.17.
