2018: Outdoor— Helped the Jaguars to fourth-place finishes in the 4 x 400m relay at the Jaguar Classic (3:27.24) and Samford’s Alabama Track Challenge (3:28.33) … Took first place in the 400m hurdles with a 53.51-second effort at Samford’s Alabama Track Challenge … Was part of the 4 x 100m relay team which completed the event in 41.93 seconds to win the South Alabama Invitational … Won the Jaguar Opener 110m hurdles (16.44 seconds), 400m hurdles (55.35 seconds) and 1,600m sprint medley (3:44.77). Indoor— Was part of the 4 x 400m relay teams which finished third at the Samford Invite (3:24.63) and fourth at the Commodore Invitational (3:20.70).  

2017: Outdoor— Helped the Jaguar 4 x 400m relay team to top-five finishes at the Southern Miss Open (1st, 3:18.39), Tiger Track Classic (4th, 3:16.65) and Samford’s Alabama Track Challenge (2nd, 3:16.02) … Ran the 400m hurdles in 55.86 seconds at the South Alabama Invitational and 54.87 seconds at Samford’s Alabama Track Challenge to finish fifth at both meets … Placed fifth in the Jaguar Classic 110m hurdles with a time of 15.47 seconds and third in the 400m hurdles with a time of 54.43 seconds … Finished fourth in the 400m hurdles (56.65 seconds), fifth in the 110m hurdles (15.80 seconds) and second as part of the 4 x 100m relay team (41.67 seconds) at the Jaguar Opener. Indoor— Ran a season-best 400m dash time of 53.16 seconds at the Samford Friday Invite … Opened the season with an 8.85-second 60m hurdles time at the UAB Blazer Invitational. 

High School: Lettered in track and field for four years and football for one year … Left the program holding the 300m hurdles record … Helped the team to win the 2016 Big 9 championship.
