2022: Outdoor — Earned first-team All-Sun Belt recognition and placed first in the discus at the Sun Belt Outdoor Championships with a throw of 54.67m … Placed second at the conference championships in the hammer throw (61.04m) … Competed at the NCAA East Preliminary Round, reaching 48.36m in the discus and 60.45m in the hammer throw … Set a new PR in the hammer throw, reacing 63.66m at the Tiger Track Classic 2022 … Won three more discus competitions - the Crimson Tide Invitational (62.74m), the Tiger Track Classic 2022 (59.91m), and the South Alabama Invitational (60.36m) … Had five other top-five finishes in discus/hammer throw events. Indoor — Took first place at the Sun Belt Indoor Championships with a new program record in the weight throw (19.54m) … Placed sixth at the conference championships in the shot put with a mark of 15.76m … Finished fifth in the weight throw (18.39m) at the USA Jaguar Invitational … Finished fourth at the Samford Invite 2022 in the weight throw (17.88m). 

2021: Outdoor— Took first and earned second-team All-American honors in the discus while setting a school record with a 65.85m throw at the NCAA East Preliminary ... Earned first-team all-conference honors with a 55.63m discus throw and placed fifth while setting a PR in the hammer throw (58.74m) at the Sun Belt Outdoor Championships ... Threw a 60.17m hammer mark and finished first, taking the runner-up spot in the hammer throw (57.32m) at the SLU Pre-Conference Tune Up ... Won the discus throw (60.17) at the LSU Boots Garland Invitational ... Finished first in the discus throw (55.25m) and second in both the hammer throw (53.24m) and shot put (15.46m) at the Southern Miss Invitational ... Marked a first-place throw in the discus (55.71m) at the 93rd Clyde Littlefield Texas Relays ... Recorded a PR with a sixth-place shot put (16.05m) finish and took second in the discus (56.16m) at the Auburn Tiger Track Classic ... Took first place in both home meets in the discus, throwing 54.03m at the USA Invitational and 52.81m at the Jaguar Open. 2020: Outdoor— Recorded personal-bests in the shot put (14.57m) and in the discus throw (57.11m) at the Jaguar Opener. Indoor— Did not compete.
 
High School: Lettered in three years in rugby and four years in track and field at Worcester Gimnasium in Worcester, South Africa … Set the school record in the discus … Was a two-time South African national discus champion in 2018 and ’19 … Won the 2018 African Games championship in the discus.
