2022: Outdoor — Ran with the 4x400 relay team … placed fifth at the Sun Belt Outdoor Championships (3:13.41). Indoor — Placed fifth in the 400m (48.93s) at the USA Jaguar Invitational … Helped the distance medley relay team finish fifth at the Sun Belt Indoor Championships (10:14.10). 

2021: Outdoor— Helped the medley team to a fourth-place finish in the 4 x 400 (3:15.30) at the Sun Belt Conference Outdoor Championships ... Set a personal record while finishing fourth in the 100m (10.92) at the Jaguar Opener ... Recorded a personal-best time of 21.89 in a seventh-place finish in the 200m at the SLU Pre-Conference Tune Up ... Finished in fourth with the 4 x 100 (41.08) medley team at the SLU Pre-Conference Tune Up ... Ran a 3:14.76 time with the 4 x 400 medley team at the Auburn Tiger Track Classic ... Finished in second with the 4 x 400 (3:13.67) medley team and fifth with the 4 x 100 (40.80) medley team at the LSU Boots Garland Invitational. Indoor— Set a PR in the 400m (48.68) preliminary round at the conference indoor championship ... Clocked a personal-best time in the 300m (34.77) at the UAB Invitational.
 
2020: Outdoor— Was part of the 4 x 100 relay team which placed third (43.64m) at the Jaguar Opener. Indoor—  Helped the Jaguars to fourth-place finishes in the 4 x 400 relay (3:19.04) and the distance medley (10:22.72) at the Sun Belt Championships … Recorded a personal best in the 400m (49.79s) at the Samford Bulldog Invite … Finished third in the 4 x 400 relay with a time of 3:18.73 at the Samford January Invite.
 
2019: Outdoor— Helped the Jaguar 4 x 400m relay teams to capture third-team all-Sun Belt honors with a season-best 3:13.19 effort at the conference championships and victories at the South Alabama Invitational (3:18.16) and Jaguar Opener (3:18.72) … Earned top-five finishes in the 400m at the South Alabama Invitational (49.53 seconds) and Samford’s Alabama Track Challenge (50.41 seconds) … Ran a personal-best 49.15-second 400m time at Auburn’s War Eagle Invitational. Indoor— Was part of the 4 x 400m relay teams which earned second-team all-conference honors with a 3:18.17 effort at the Sun Belt Championships and ran a season-best 3:17.51 at the Vanderbilt Invitational … Recorded a career-best 400m time of 50.51 seconds at the Jaguar Invitational … Completed the Vanderbilt Invitational 200m in 23.36 seconds and 400m in 50.88 seconds.
