2018: Outdoor— Ran the Sun Belt Conference Championships 3,000m steeplechase in 9:25.29 to finish fourth … Placed second in the Southern Miss Open 1,500m with a time of 3:56.96 … Won the South Alabama Invitational 1,500m in 3:56.01 and the 3,000m in 8:52.10 … Took second place in the Jaguar Classic 800m run after crossing the line in 1:54.47. Indoor— Helped the Jaguar 4,000m distance medley team to first-team all-conference honors with a 10:02.18 finish at the Sun Belt Conference Championships and finished fourth individually in the mile run with a time of 4:12.27 at the same meet … Ran the Jaguar Invitational mile in 4:12.34 to finish third … Placed second in the Samford January Invitational 800m with a time of 1:54.85 … Was part of the 4,000m distance medley team which completed the race in 10:25.89 to finish fifth at the Commodore Invitational. XC— Finished fifth in the Azalea City Classic 6k with a time of 18:43 ... Ran the Louisville Classic 8k in 26:02, the Crimson Classic 8k in 26:38, the Sun Belt Conference Championships 8k in 26:28 and the NCAA Division I South Region Championships 10k in 34:16.  

2017: Outdoor— Finished eighth in the Sun Belt Conference Championships 800m (1:56.92) and 24th in the 1,500m (4:17.46) … Placed eighth in the War Eagle Invitational 800m with a time of 1:53.28 … Finished second in the Tiger Track Classic 800m crossing the line at 1:52.62 … Won the Jaguar Classic 800m run with a time of 1:53.40 and placed fourth in the 1,500m with a time of 3:56.33. Indoor—  Placed ninth in Sun Belt Conference Championships mile run (4:16.84) and helped South Alabama’s 4,000m distance medley team win the event with a time of 10:01.07 … Placed seventh in the Samford Friday Invite 800m run … Finished fifth in the South Alabama Invitational mile run with a time of 4:16.09. XC— Competed in the Sun Belt Championships, placing 33rd with a time of 26:34 … Finished the Azalea City Classic 8k in 26:38.   

2016: Outdoor— Posted a top-15 finish in the 1,500m at the Sun Belt Conference Championships (4:02.82) ... At the Jace LaCoste- Mississippi State Invitational, finished sixth in the 1,500m with a season-best time of 3:55.97 ... Also placed fourth in the event at the Louisiana Classic and crossed the line fifth at the South Alabama Invitational ... Fastest time of the year in the 800m run was 1:55.55 at Auburn’s Tiger Track Classic. Indoor— Came in ninth place in the mile run at the league championship with a 4:18.29 mark, his best time of the season ... Part of both the 4 x 400m and 1,600m distance medley relay teams at the SBC Championships ... Finished seventh in the mile at the Privateer Invitational ... Season-best mark of 1:55.31 in the 800m run at the Commodore Invitational was good for a ninth-place finish. XC— Was a redshirt in the fall.
