2013: (Outdoor) Won the 3,000-meter run (9:11.22) at the Jaguar Opener...Placed fourth in the 800-meter run (1:56.22) at the Samford Invitational...Finished third in the 1,500-meter run (3:58.57) at the USA Invitational...Placed 10th in the 800-meter run (1:55.57) at the War Eagle Invitational...Notched a fourth-place finish in the 1,500-meter run (4:05.99) at the Coach "O" Invitational...Finished 18th in the 5,000-meter run (15:45.43) at the SBC Championships.

2013: (Indoor) Ran the second leg for the second-place 4,000-meter distance medley team (10:41.66) and finished ninth in the 3,000-meter run (9:02.96) at the Arkansas State Invitational...Ran the lead leg for the sixth-place 4,000-meter distance medley team at the SBC Championships.

2012 (XC): Finished 13th at the Azalea City Classic (8k)...Took third place at the Choctaw Open (8k)...Placed 23rd at the conference championships.

2012: (Outdoor) Finished sixth in the 800- and seventh in the 1,500-meter run at the Southern Miss Invitational...Took sixth in both the 800 meters and 1,500 meters at the Louisiana Classics...Recorded a seventh-pace finish in the 1,500 meters at the FSU Relays...Won the Jaguar Invitational men's 3,000 meters in a personal-best 8:42.63...Notched third place in the 3,000 meters and fourth in the 800 meters at the USA Invitational...Took fifth in the 1,500 meters at Auburn's War Eagle Invitational...Finished fourth in Troy's Coach "O" Invitational 1,500-meter run...Took third in the 800 meters (all-SBC) and seventh in the 1,500 meters (3:55.07) at the Sun Belt Conference Championships.

2012: (Indoor) Finished eighth in the men's 800 meters (1:58.88) and was part of the fourth-place men's 4x400-meter relay 'C' team (3:40.99) at the MTSU Invitational...Finished fourth in the men's 800 meters (1:57.02) and ran as part of the sixth-place distance medley team (10:38.46) at the Sun Belt Conference Indoor Championships... 

2011 (XC): Took 10th overall and ninth collegiately at the Troy Invitational (5k)...finished fourth overall and third collegiately in the Azalea City Classic...placed 74th out of 285 at the Greater Louisville Classic...finished 12th at the Choctaw Open 8-kilometer...recorded the best finish for the Jags at the conference championships on a 23rd-place performance....finished 81st at the NCAA South Regionals.

2009-10 (T&F): Finished sixth in the LSU Twilight 3,000m run in a time of 9:05.90...took seventh at the Southern Miss Invitational in the men's 1,500 meters (4:09.56), while also taking seventh in the 800-meter run (2:02.43)...finished sixth in the men's 10,000m at the UL-Lafayette Louisiana Classics in a time of 33:01.79...notched a third-place finish at the Battle of I-10 in the men's 3,000 meters, crossing the line in 8:50.33.

High School: Lettered in cross country and track for three years ... holds the high school record for the 4x400m (17:25) and 4x800m relays (7:49.20) ... helped lead team to first-place finish in the 2008 cross country state championship.
