2009: (Indoor) Won the men's one mile run (4:18.65) at the McNeese Cowboy Indoor Invite I ... won the 3,000-meter run in 8:26.02 at the LSU Purple Tiger Classic ... named the SBC Men's Track Performer of the Week (1/27) ... placed third in the 5,000m with a NCAA provisional-qualifying time of 14:09.45 at the Meyo Invitational ... named the SBC Men's Track Performer of the Week (2/10) ... earned All-SBC honors in the one mile run, 3,000m, 5,000m and distance medley relay ... scored 30.5 points for the Jags at the SBC Championships ... won the 3,000m run at the SBC Championships with a season-best time of 8:18.04...  broke the SBC Championships 5,000m record with a personal-best and NCAA provisional-qualifying time of 14:06.94 ... ran the lead leg for the Jags' first-place distance medley relay team at  the SBC Champioships that  finished with a championships record-breaking time of 10:10.41 ... placed second in the one mile run at the SBC Championships with a season-best time of 4:17.70 ... 2008: (Alabama)  (XC) Received SEC All-Freshman selection ... helped team to win the SEC Championship and NCAA South Regional ... also helped team win pre-national meet at Terre Haute, Ind ... competed in the NCAA Championships to help his team to a 10th-place finish ... ran a season-best 24:59 in the 8K at the SEC Championship. (Indoor) Lettered in indoor track and redshirted during the outdoor season ... competed in four races during his freshman season ... ran a personal-best 8:14.88 in the 3K at the Arkansas Invitational.

High School: Lettered in track and cross country for four years ... holds the school record in the mile (4:24.50), two mile (9:19) and 5K (15:16) ... won the state championship in the two mile in 2006 ... finished second at the Southern Track Classic in 2006 and eighth at the Nike Outdoor National 5K
