2020: Outdoor – Did not compete … Indoor – Recorded a personal-best in the 5000m with a time of 14:40.91 at the Sun Belt Championships … Posted a personal-best in the 3000m (8:38.90) at the Samford Bulldog Invite … Crossed line at 15:25.00 in the 5000m at the Jaguar Invitational… Ran an 8:45.04 race in the Clemson Bob Pollock Invitational. XC— Earned second-team all-Sun Belt honors while helping the Jaguar men capture the program’s ninth Sun Belt Conference title and first since 2014 … Placed second at the Azalea City Classic 5k race after crossing the finish line at 15:39.8 … Finished third in the Florida State Invitational 8k with a time of 25:31.5 … Notched a sixth-place finish in the Sun Belt Cross Country Championships 8k race after running the race in 24:50.3.


2019: Outdoor— Finished fourth in the 5,000m (14:49.29) and fifth in the 10,000m (31:03.57) at the Sun Belt Conference Championships … Won the 3,000m at the Southern Miss Open (8:32.22), South Alabama Invitational (8:38.64) and Jaguar Opener (8:45.49) … Took second place in the Jaguar Opener 1,500m with a time of 3:52.00 and fourth in the War Eagle Invitational 1,500m invite with a time of 3:57.10 … Crossed the Florida Relays 5,000m line in a personal-best 14:40.72. Indoor— Took fourth place in the Sun Belt Championships 5,000m (14:45.19) and was part of the distance medley relay team which crossed the line in 10:21.72 at the same meet … Finished eighth in the Jaguar Invitational 3,000m (8:40.65) and the Vanderbilt Invitational 5,000m (15:00.59). XC— Received second-team all-Sun Belt honors after finishing seventh at the league championship meet as he crossed the line with a time of 24:39 in the 8K … Won a pair of meets during the season as he finished first at the Azalea City Classic in the 5K (15:41) and at the 14th Annual Foothills Invitational in the 8K (25:17) … Also recorded a pair of fourth-place results in the 8K at the 5th Annual Wingfoot Classic and the Blazer Classic … Placed 21st in the 10K event at the NCAA South Regional.
