AT SOUTH ALABAMA
FRESHMAN SEASON (2020) – COVID 19 SEASON    

Appeared in 16 games while making a pair of starts in the circle … Finished the season with a 5-4 record and a 4.00 earned run average … Struck out 18 and only issued one walk in her 35.0 innings of work … Her 14 relief appearances were tied for most in the Sun Belt, while her five wins were tied for sixth-most in the conference … Made first collegiate appearance in relief versus Illinois (2/8) at the NFCA Leadoff Classic in Clearwater, Fla., as she tossed 4.2 innings allowing just two hits and an unearned run … Didn’t allow a earned run in four of her first five outings, a span of 12.2 innings of work … Didn’t allow an earned run in eight of her 16 appearances and only allowed a run or less in 10 of her outings … Won her first collegiate game in relief against Austin Peay (2/14) and followed that up with another win the next day against the Lady Govs … Made first start in the circle against Memphis (2/22) … Named all-tournament at the Jaguar Challenge … Named to the Sun Belt Conference Academic Honor Roll.

Lettered final two prep seasons at North DeSoto High School in Stonewall, La., after a standout career at Joaquin High School in Joaquin, Texas … Helped the Lady Griffins capture the District 1-4A title (15-0) while guiding her team to the LHSAA Class 4A state semifinals and a 30-7 record … Named first-team all-area by the Shreveport Times … Selected to the all-District 1-4A team as a pitcher by the district’s coaches … Also selected to compete for the Louisiana High School Coaches Association & Louisiana Softball Coaches Association East-West All-Star Games as a member of the West Team … Helped the Lady Griffins advance to the Louisiana High School Athletic Association Class 4A semifinals and finish with a 20-10 overall record as a junior … Had a single and a two-run double in the semifinal win over Lutcher … Named First-Team All-District 1-4A as a junior … During her sophomore campaign at Joaquin, earned a pair of national awards as she was named Second-Team MaxPrep Small Schools All-American, as well to the Sophomore All-American team by the organization … Also an honorable mention all-state selection by the Texas Sports Writers Association … Starred both in the circle and at the plate as she won 32 of her 39 decisions and tossed six no-hitters as a sophomore at Joaquin, while batting .521 with 14 home runs, 21 doubles, 65 runs batted in and 50 runs scored … Also struck out 237 batters in 223 innings of work, while holding the opposition to a .125 batting average … Earned Class 2A second-team all-state honors from the TSWA as a freshman, while being selected as the district’s most valuable player … Played three years of club ball for the Louisiana Bombers … Also starred in the classroom as she was named to the 2018-19 Louisiana High School Athletic Association’s (LHSAA) All-Academic Girls Softball Class Team.
