Jaguar Highlights: Begins the preseason as the back-up at quaterback, and can also contribute on special teams both as a holder and on the punt unit ... Connected on 6-of-12 pass attempts for 38 yards while leading a pair of scoring drives for the Red team in the annual spring game ... In USA’s opening scrimmage of the spring, was 6-of-9 passing for 123 yards, adding 33 more on nine carries.

As A Sophomore (2013): Played in 11 contests, carrying six times for 20 yards and a score while also recording a special teams tackle ... One-yard touchdown run with 98 seconds remaining lifted the Jaguars to a 31-24 win over Western Kentucky in Sun Belt Conference opener ... Also recorded first career pass attempt against the Hilltoppers ... Had career-long 13-yard rush at Navy ... Carried twice against Troy.

As A Redshirt Freshman (2012): Saw action in eight games, both as a quarterback in the “wildcat” formation as well as a holder on kicks ... Rushed for 30 yards on 13 attempts, scoring two touchdowns ... Reached the end zone on his first career carry from three yards out with 46 seconds remaining in the opening quarter against Troy, accounting for the team’s lone touchdown in the contest ... Rushed three times for a career-high 17 yards at Arkansas State ... Had career-best four rushes in double-overtime Homecoming victory over Florida Atlantic.

As A Freshman (2011): Sat out the season as a redshirt.

High School Highlights: Lettered for five years at Woodland HS ... Earned two stars from Rivals.com ... Team made it to the second round of the state 2A playoffs as a senior, as he helped WHS to a final record of 9-3 after falling to the eventual runner-up ... Recorded 2,800 yards of total offense and 35 touchdowns his final season ... As a junior, passed for 1,611 yards and 13 touchdowns, and rushed for 612 yards and eight more touchdowns to help lead team to state playoffs ... Averaged 8.4 tackles per game as a safety that season as well ... Helped the Bobcats advance to the second round of the state playoffs his freshman and sophomore years ... Also earned six letters in baseball and four in basketball, helping WHS advance to postseason play in both sports each season.
