Jaguar Highlights: Could make a contribution on the offensive line, entering the preseason listed as the back-up at left guard ... Was a starting guard for the Blue team in the annual spring game.

As A Junior (2015): Appeared in each of the team’s first eight outings before suffering a season-ending injury.

As A Sophomore (2014): Made his collegiate debut in the Jaguars’ Sun Belt Conference victory at Appalachian State ... Earned the coaches’ offensive scout team award after season-opening win at Kent State.

As A Redshirt Freshman (2013): Did not play.

As A Freshman (2012): Was a redshirt.

High School Highlights: Received three stars from both Rivals.com and ESPN.com, and two from Scout.com ... Also rated 47th among all guards in the country by ESPN.com, which had him sixth at the position in Georgia ... Participated in the Dekalb County Coaches Association All-Star Game following the conclusion of his prep career as well as the Georgia Rising Seniors Bowl in 2010 ... Named MVP of the Rivals VTO Offensive Line Camp ... Lettered and started three years at Stephenson High as he took part in more plays than any offensive lineman in school history ... Helped lead the Jaguars to a second-place finish in the region and a berth in the state AAAAA playoffs his final year as SHS finished 9-1 overall ... Was a first-team all-region selection after being credited with 25 key blocks and 19 knockdowns as a senior ...
