Jaguar Highlights: Listed as one of three running backs on the depth chart entering fall practice, but could also make an impact on the kickoff return unit ... Rushed for 24 yards in the first spring scrimmage, and a week later carried seven times for 27 yards and a score ... Voted the most improved running back by the coaching staff after spring practice ended.

As A Sophomore (2010): Started the opening game of the year, going on to appear in all 10 contests ... Tied for third on the team with 234 yards rushing and was seventh with 299 all-purpose yards ... Averaged 5.7 yards per carry, scoring three times ... Had one catch for nine yards at UC Davis ... Returned three kickoffs for 56 yards as well ... Led the Jaguars with 53 yards on eight attempts in UCD victory, posting season-high totals in rushing and all-purpose yards ... Recorded 58 total yards in Henderson (Ark.) State Homecoming win, with 34 on two kick returns and three rushes for 24 ... Reached the end zone in back-to-back wins over Kentucky Wesleyan and Missouri S&T, finishing the latter contest with 21 yards on six attempts ... As A Redshirt Freshman (2009): Appeared in every contest, with his first collegiate start coming against Army Prep in the program’s second game ... Ranked second on the team with 350 yards on 49 carries — an average of more than seven yards per attempt — as well as with four rushing touchdowns ... Caught three passes for 17 yards and a score, adding three kick returns for 93 yards ... Tied for third on the team in scoring with 30 points and was fourth in total offense ... Also third on the squad with 460 all-purpose yards ... Closed out the season with three touchdowns — two on the ground, one on a one-yard reception — and 93 yards on 11 carries against Huntingdon (Ala.) College ... Posted a season-best 109 all-purpose yards in Louisburg (N.C.) J.C. win, running back two kicks for 68 yards while adding 41 and a score on the ground ... Collected 60 yards on eight attempts and also returned a kick 25 yards in victory over Georgia Military J.C. ... High School Highlights: Earned a total of 13 letters in football (four), basketball (four) and track (five) at Florida State University HS ... Part of a senior class that recorded the most victories (33) in school history in a four-year period ... Also helped the Seminoles to a 12-game win streak in the same season for the first time ever ... Played in the Florida North-South All-Star Game after his senior campaign ... Ended his career with more than 3,000 yards rushing as Florida State High qualified for postseason play in all four of his seasons with the varsity ... FSUHS finished 12-1 while making it to the semifinals of the state 2B playoffs his senior season, when he ran for 1,752 yards and 20 touchdowns ... Was named third-team all-state as well as the Big Bend Offensive Player of the Year and first-team all-area ... Was the team’s Offensive MVP and also served as captain ... Seminoles improved each year he was part of the team, going 6-4 his first season, 7-3 when he was a sophomore and 8-3 his junior campaign ... Florida State High’s most valuable runner as a senior ...
