Jaguar Highlights: Should contend for a starting slot at one of South’s two defensive end slots.

As A Junior (2019): Saw action in each of the team’s 12 contests ... Posted 14 stops, which included 4½ — tied for the fourth-highest total on the squad — for loss ... Recorded a season-best four tackles, highlighted by his first behind the line of scrimmage on the year, against Memphis ... Credited with two stops in the Jags’ victory over Jackson State, adding a quarterback hurry ... Also finished with a pair of tackles at Georgia State ... Had a tackle for loss and a quarterback hurry in season-ending win over Arkansas State ... Also made unassisted stops behind the line at UAB and Troy in the annual “Battle For The Belt” as well.

As A Redshirt Sophomore (2018): Appeared in all 12 games, recording 16 total tackles with four of those behind the line of scrimmage ... Was fourth on the team with 2½ sacks ... Posted a career-best five stops in Alabama State victory, with a pair of assists for loss including a sack ... Finished with three tackles at Arkansas State ... Made two solo stops in season debut against Louisiana Tech highlighted by a sack for a loss of nine yards ... Also had two unassisted tackles at Memphis ... As A Freshman (2016): Recorded a pair of assisted tackles on special teams in the Jaguars’ season-opening victory at Mississippi State, but was injured in the contest and missed the rest of the year.

High School Highlights: Earned three stars from both Scout.com and 247Sports.com, and was a two-star recruit according to Rivals.com ... Scout.com rated him among the top 15 inside linebackers in Georgia and the top 35 in the South ... Ranked by 247Sports.com among the top 35 inside linebackers in the country as well as the top 75 overall in the state ... Lettered two years at Wayne County High, helping the Yellow Jackets qualify for the state AAAA playoffs both seasons ... Earned first-team all-state honors from the Georgia Sports Writers Association his senior year and was a second-team all-state selection by the organization the previous season ... Was twice selected the Defensive Player of the Year ... Helped the Yellow Jackets to the region championship and a first-round victory in the state playoffs as a junior, recording a state-best 176 total tackles — a figure that was among the top 20 nationally — in 12 contests ...
