University of South Alabama Athletics

This ticket is a revocable license granted by the University of South Alabama to the ticket holder. The license can be revoked and admission refused at the sole discretion of the University of South Alabama. USA reserves the right, without refund of any portion of the printed ticket price, to refuse admission or eject any person whose conduct is deemed by USA Athletics to be disorderly or who may pose a threat to players, coaches, officials, or other patrons. By attending this event, the holder of this ticket assumes all risks related in any way to the event, whether occurring prior to, during or after the event, including, but not limited to, illness, injury, death and the danger of being exposed to or contracting any form or strain of coronavirus or COVID-19 or any other communicable disease, condition or malady however defined.

1. Gates open one (1) hour prior to published game time (90 minutes prior for football).

2. The USA Athletic Department reserves the right to change the date and/or starting time of any event. Such a date/time change will not entitle ticket holder to a refund of this ticket.

3. This ticket may not be used in any commercial or promotional endeavor without the written permission of the University of South Alabama.

4. The person using this ticket assumes all risk of personal injury and loss or damage to personal property and shall hold harmless the University of South Alabama and its employees.
