Student Ticket Policy:
All University of South Alabama students receive complimentary admission to all home athletic events by showing their University Student ID at the gate prior to the game. Ticketed sports include Football, Men's Basketball, Women's Basketball, Baseball and Softball. All other sports are free admission for the public.
Listed below are the following guidelines for specific sports:
Football:
- All students must enter through Gate 1 at Hancock Whitney Stadium.
- Student IDs will be swiped in to make sure the student is currently enrolled at the University of South Alabama.
- Students may purchase "Student Guest Tickets" for each home football game for $10.00 to allow guests to sit in student section(s).
Student Guest ticket purchase options:
1) Online through the current USA South Alabama student ticket portal at usajaguars.com/tickets/students. Must use current South Alabama student email address at login.
2) In-person at the South Alabama Ticket Office (South side of Hancock Whitney Stadium) Monday-Friday 10am - 5pm.
3) Purchase on game day at the South Alabama Ticket Office prior to entry. Windows open two (2) hours prior to scheduled kick time and gates open 90 minutes prior.

Football Away Games:
Sponsored student trips to football away games will be communicated by email via the department of Athletics and/or the Student Government/Student Affairs offices. Additionally, students may purchase any away game football tickets on their own (general deadline is two weeks prior to game to allow unsold ticket allotments to be returned to host institution) in a similar fashion to the general public if there is not a special student sanctioned trip.

2) Purchase online at usajaguars.com/tickets/football
Men's/Women's Basketball:
- Students may enter through either the North or South Entrances of the Mitchell Center.
- Student IDs will be swiped in to make sure the student is currently enrolled at the University of South Alabama.
- Students may purchase "Student Guest Tickets" for each basketball game for $5.00 to allow guests to sit in student section(s).
Student Guest ticket purchase options:
1) Online through the current USA South Alabama student ticket portal at usajaguars.com/tickets/students. Must use current South Alabama student email address at login.
2) In-person at the South Alabama Ticket Office (South side of Hancock Whitney Stadium) Monday-Friday 10am - 5pm.
3) Purchase on game day at either the North or South ticket booth prior to entry. Doors open one (1) hour prior to scheduled tip-off.

Baseball:
- Students may enter through the main entrance of Stanky Field.
- Student IDs will be swiped in to make sure the student is currently enrolled at the University of South Alabama.
- Students may purchase a "Student Guest Tickets" for each home regular season baseball game for $5.00. This ticket allows guests to sit in the General Admission (red seats) area with the student.
Student Guest ticket purchase options:
1) Online through the current USA South Alabama student ticket portal at usajaguars.com/tickets/students. Must use current South Alabama student email address at login.
2) In-person at the South Alabama Ticket Office (South side of Hancock Whitney Stadium) Monday-Friday 10am - 5pm.

Softball:
- Students may enter through the main entrance of Jaguar Field.
- Student IDs will be swiped in to make sure the student is currently enrolled at the University of South Alabama.
- Students may purchase a "Student Guest Tickets" for each home regular season softball game for $5.00. This ticket allows guests to sit in the General Admission (red seats) area with the student.
