MOBILE, Ala. ? University of South Alabama football season ticket holders will begin choosing their seats at Ladd-Peebles Stadium Tuesday, with the process of placing the 4,500 individuals who have already made the commitment to watching the Jaguars play for the first time ever this fall running through June 2.
The USA Ticket Sales Office is recommending that all season ticket holders select their seats over the phone, although it can also be done in person ? individuals who come to campus may experience a delay in their opportunity to choose their location.
All Jaguar football season ticket holders have been given a time to choose their seats, and they will have 15 minutes to select their seats from the start of their appointment. The individual should contact the USA Ticket Sales office at 251-461-1USA and speak to an account representative at the time of their appointment, using the updated seating chart available on www.usagameday.com to choose their location.
Those individuals who know in advance that they will not be able to select seats during their appointment time may contact the USA Ticket Sales Office with stated preferences or designate a proxy to choose for them. No seats can be reserved ahead of an individual’s scheduled appointment time.
Requests of multiple account holders who would like their seats to be together will be accommodated, but those season ticket holders must defer to the latest appointment time in their group and send an email to tickets@usouthal.edu prior to Tuesday confirming their intentions.
USA Athletics will select the best available seats for anyone who misses an appointment time.
The seat selection process will take place from 9 a.m.-6 p.m. every weekday during the scheduled three-week period.
Beginning Tuesday, USA football season ticket holders with questions about the seat selection process can email tickets@usouthal.edu with their full name, account number, phone number and stated question and the Ticket Sales Office will respond as quickly as possible. Individuals with questions regarding priority points can contact Beth Schiavoni in the USA Athletic Development Office at 251-461-1366 (they will need to have their account number available).
