JACK BAKER FEATURED ON ESPN SUNDAY

MOBILE, Ala. --- Former University of South Alabama men’s tennis player Jack Baker’s improbable run to the Hardbat Classic ping pong championship will be profiled Sunday, Oct. 4 on ESPN.

The two-hour special will air at 3 p.m. CDT and will feature Baker, a nationally-ranked player in his college career, and his journey from a bar in downtown Mobile to Las Vegas and a $100,000 grand prize.

Among Baker’s foes in the tournament are a former U.S. champion, a Subway franchise owner and 73-year old Wayne Obertone.
