Fall 2011: Carded a 235 in his only event of the semester at the David Toms Intercollegiate.

Summer 2011: Finished tied for fifth in a field of 52 at qualifying for the U.S. Amateur Championship, recording rounds of 69 and 71 for a 4-under-par 140 total at the Pensacola (Fla.) Country Club ... Shot a 76 in qualifying for the Florida State Amateur Match Play Championships ... Spent the first two weeks of June in Great Britain, competing at the St. Andrews Links Trophy and British Amateur Championship events.

2010-11: Was named a Cleveland Golf/Srixon All-America Scholar by the Golf Coaches Association of America ... Ranked second on the team and fifth in the Sun Belt Conference with a 72.27 scoring average at the end of the fall season ... Had a pair of top-10 finishes while shooting at or below par in eight of his 21 rounds, finishing with a 73.62 stroke average to rank second on the squad ... Fired a 6-under-par 210 to tie for second out of 78 individuals at the David Toms Intercollegiate for the best 54-hole total and finish of his career ... Shot a 2-under-par 70 in the opening round, then closed with a season-best 4-under-par 68 on the final day ... Efforts helped the Jaguars finish third out of 14 teams ... Followed that performance with an even-par 216 at the Memphis Intercollegiate to come in third out of 80 competitors, helping USA defend its title at the event ... Summer 2010: Advanced from local qualifying for the U.S. Open after firing a 72 to tie for fourth among 96 competitiors at Montammy (N.J.) Golf Club ... Shot a 148 in sectional qualifying with rounds of 75 and 73 in Memphis ... Carded a 69 at the Interlachen (Fla.) Country Club to tie for third in qualifying for the Southern Amateur, advancing to the event which was held at the Shoal Creek (Ala.) Country Club ... Tied for first in seeding at the Florida State Amateur Match Play Championships with a 4-under-par 68 ... Won his first match at the tournament 7 and 5 before falling in 19 holes in the second round ... Tied for fifth in a field of 82 at the Southeastern Amateur, posting a 72-hole score of 276 highlighted by a 4-under-par 67 in the second round ... Was below par in all four rounds of the tournament, making him one of only two players in the field to accomplish the feat ... Finished in a tie for 17th place in qualifying for the U.S Amateur, which included an opening-round 72 ... 2009-10: The only newcomer to play in all 12 tournaments ... Ranked third on the team with a 74.20 scoring average ... Recorded three top-20 finishes and shot below par in nine rounds ... Led USA with his first career top-10 finish at the Rio Pinar Invitational, tying for eighth out of 96 competitors after carding an even-par 216 54-hole total ... Shot 1-under-par 71s in each of the last two rounds ... Finished 11th at the Sun Belt Conference Championships with a three-round 2-over-par 218 score, helping the Jaguars claim the team title ... His career-low 4-under-par 66 in the second round of the NCAA Southeast Regional was the best by a Jag at the event ... Tied for 30th at the tournament with a 217 total ... Fired below-par rounds of 68 and 71 to close out the USF Invitational tied for 23rd with a 1-over-par 217 score ... Had a 1-under-par 71 in the second round of the BancorpSouth Intercollegiate ... Summer 2009: Tied for 13th out of 100 players at the New Jersey Amateur, shooting a low score of 71 in the third round ... Opened with a 68 at the Eastern Amateur, going on to place 49th out of 167 individuals after following up with rounds of 70 and 72 ... Tied for fourth in qualifying for Florida Open after carding a 73 ... Recorded a 70 in the first round of the event, going on to place 56th out of 167 players ... Fired a 70 in the first of two qualifying rounds for the United States Amateur.

At South Carolina: Part of the Gamecock program for two years from 2007-09, but did not see action in a tournament ... USC participated in an NCAA Regional in each of his seasons on the squad, advancing to the NCAA Championships after recording a top-five finish at the NCAA Southeast Regional his last spring.

Amateur Highlights: Posted eight top-10 finishes in the summer of 2008 at amateur events across the country ... Used a 69 to come in second out of 96 players in qualifying for the New Jersey Open, where he would go on to place 43rd in the field of 156 ... Advanced to the quarterfinals of the Florida State Golf Association Match Play Championship — where he fell 1-up to the eventual winner of the tournament — after tying for fifth among 60 individuals in qualifying for the event with a 71 ... Tied for sixth place at the Florida Amateur Championship after firing a 71 in qualifying ... Carded a 70 to tie for third place in local qualifying for the U.S. Open at the Ridgewood Country Club in Westchester, N.Y. — he would finish in a tie for 34th at section qualifying in Jupiter Hills, Fla. ... Came in fourth out of 50 players at the Orangeburg (S.C.) Festival of Roses after firing a 7-under-par 137 over 36 holes ... Tied for fifth with a three-round total of 218 at the Greystone Invitational in Birmingham ...
