•    Anabelle Cerny was named the Sun Belt Conference Setter of the Week on Tuesday after recording three double-doubles last weekend
•    Cerny has eight double-doubles this fall, while Cambria Gaier enters the weekend series with five
•    Cerny ranks second in the league in assists with 9.19 per set, while she is also averaging 2,89 digs per set
•    Gaier leads the club with 3.04 kills per set and has a team-high 18 service aces
•    Dalayla Blackwell is fourth in the conference with a .383 hitting percentage, and also ranks fifth in blocks with 1.23 per set
•    Blackwell is also second on the club in kills with 2.40 per set

•    South Alabama and James Madison have met nine previous times in the all-time series, and all of them have come over the past four seasons
•    James Madison holds a slim 5-4 advantage in those meetings
•    Last season, JMU won both regular-season meetings in Mobile and then picked up a 3-2 win at the Sun Belt Conference Championship in the semifinal round
•    Four of the last six meetings have gone five sets with the other two going four
•    The Jaguars are 2-4 all-time in the series on JMU's home floor
