Post-Match Quotes: Head Coach Parker Cowles
-
"I thought the men went about as well as they could today. We've still got to get fitter, but I thought we executed well, and I anticipate we'll continue to improve throughout the season. For the ladies, I think we were a little tired, and it wasn't quite what we were hoping for. It was hot, so I think we need to take a step back, get a little sharper as the season goes on and get ready to roll. I thought we fought pretty well. Our pack time is a whole lot better this year, so that's a big positive. As we get down the stretch and into the heart of the season, we've got to freshen up and be ready."
