MADISON, Miss. - South Alabama men's golf will tee-it-up at the Sun Belt Conference Championship at Annandale Golf Club. Play begins on Monday morning at 8:30 a.m.
The conference tournament is a 54-hole stroke play format and will turn to match play opening in the semifinal featuring the top-4 teams. The Jaguars enter the tournament as the fourth seed.
Senior
Hugo Thyr eyes the pursuit of his third Sun Belt Conference title. The two-time SBC champion is one of two players in history to win the tournament twice (Alan Schulte, Old Dominion, 1984-85). Thyr also is one of three in the Sun Belt to bring in a sub-70 stroke average (69.81) to the tournament.

- After 26 regular season rounds in the rear view mirror, the Jaguars are on pace to slaughter its program record in team stroke average (289.03 previous program best). It brings a 283.2 team stroke average with a victory and five top-five finishes in eight tournaments to this point.
- Hugo Thyr is on pace to shatter the single-season individual stroke average program record by over a full stroke, bringing a 69.81 stroke average into the Sun Belt Conference Championship and in pursuit of his third championship title at the tournament.
- The Jaguars broke its program record low tournament total at the Mobile Bay Intercollegiate with a score of 829 (-26) this spring.
