•    South Alabama (14-11, 9-5 SBC) enters its final SBC series versus Coastal Carolina after splitting its final home series of the season with Arkansas State
•    The Jaguars took the opener in four sets, but the Red Wolves bounced back to sweep South in straight sets in the series finale
•    Cambria Gaier leads South Alabama's offense with 3.98 points per set and 3.35 kills per set, ranking sixth and seventh, respectively, in the Sun Belt in those two categories
•    The freshman has led the club offensively in nine of her last 10 matches, and the Caledonia, Mich., native leads South with 38 aces and ranks fourth in the SBC with 0.39 aces per set
•    In SBC play, Gaier is averaging 3.67 kills per set, which is fifth most, and 4.27 points per set, which ranks fourth
•    Anna Loberg has been playing some of her best ball as of late as she has twice been named the setter of the week
•    Her 9.35 assists per set against league foes is third-most among setters
•    In conference play, the Jaguars are second in kills (13.56 per set) and points (17.74 per set)
•    Middle hitter Dalayla Blackwell is currently fifth in the SBC in blocks (1.20) and is an offensive threat averaging 2.07 kps and a .267 hitting percentage
•    Blackwell has been outstanding in Sun Belt in conference play as the redshirt sophomore's 1.50 blocks per set are second-most in conference action
•    Redshirt freshman Alexa Strandberg leads the club with 92 total blocks, while Blackwell is right behind her with 91 this fall
•    Strandberg also has 21 solo blocks, and ranks just outside the Top 10 in the conference with 0.97 per set
•    As a team, South Alabama ranks third in the conference in the category with 2.55 per set, and is averaging 2.79 blocks per set in conference matches
•    Briana Wilson ranks fourth in the league in digs with 4.50 per set, and in conference play, she is averaging 4.56 per set 

SERIES NOTES VS. COASTAL CAROLINA
•    South Alabama and Coastal Carolina have met 22 previous times in the all-time series
