MOBILE, Ala. – The Jaguars hit the road again this weekend, traveling to Coastal Carolina on Friday before taking on Georgia Southern Sunday. First serve for both matches is at 9 a.m. CT.
South Alabama earned its 10
th win of the season on Wednesday, beating No. 67 ranked Tulane 4-0 in Mobile. The Jaguars have won all seven home matches this year, with all three losses being on the road.
Elysia Pool leads the Jaguar squad with 11 wins this season and is on a five-match winning streak, all from number two singles. At the number one spot,
Tereza Dejnozkova has nine wins, including the clincher against the ranked Green Wave team on Wednesday.

Coastal Carolina sits at 8-6 on the season, going 2-2 in Sun Belt matches. They are coming off 3-4 loss to Georgia Southern on Monday.
The Eagles of Georgia Southern are 13-2 on the season, with a 2-1 record in conference action. The squad has won their last two matches, beating Louisiana and Coastal Carolina.
The Jaguars are 7-1 all-time against the Chanticleers of Coastal, with South winning the last six matchups.
South Alabama and Georgia Southern will be meeting for the 13
th time on Sunday, with South holding a 10-2 advantage.
