MOBILE, Ala. – The Jaguars take a break from conference action for a midweek clash with Tulane, welcoming in the No. 67 ranked Green Wave on Wednesday at 1 p.m. at the Bruce David Lubel Memorial Tennis Courts.
South Alabama sits at 9-3 on the season, winning 4-3 on Saturday at Georgia State, before falling to in-state rival Troy 5-2 on Sunday.
The Jaguars have won all six home matches this year, with all three losses for being on the road.
Elysia Pool leads the Jaguar squad with 10 wins this season, all from number two singles.
Manal Ennaciri and
Tereza Dejnozkova both have eight wins each on the season, while
Delien Kleinhans has seven.
The doubles duo of Pool and
Tereza Dejnozkova are 8-3 so far this season, all from the number one spot.
No. 67 Tulane has a 10-6 season record and a three-match winning streak.
South Alabama and the Green Wave will meet for the 43
rd time on Wednesday, with South Alabama holding a 28-15 advantage in the series.
