QUOTABLE
Head coach Terry Fowler:
"We had such a great start in the first quarter, we made shots, I think we were 7-for-9 in the first quarter and played really good. In the second quarter, we hit a lull, we were still competitive until the last two minutes of the quarter. I think Keedy and Kelsey got their second fouls, they went on a run to go up nine at the half and then they really opened it up in the third quarter. We fought back and got it down to 10 late in the game, but the difference is we turned it over 17 times for 22 points and that was the big difference in the game that gave them the lead. That's been the story most of the year, we just haven't been consistent in scoring from quarter to quarter, we had a five-point second quarter. That's what it's been all year long. No time to waddle in our sorrows, we gotta get on this plane and go down to play a really good Texas State team."
