QUOTABLE
Head Coach Terry Fowler:
"I thought our kids really came out and responded well after Thursday's night game. We came out and played well on both ends of the floor, offensively and defensively. We had big contributions from multiple people. Kiana Anderson got in foul trouble, so that kind of slowed our rotation down, but Zena Elias came in and a great job of getting some pick-and-pop opportunities and made them pay for their drop defense. They made a run to close out the second quarter, but I think we came out in the third quarter and played well again. We were up 10 with seven minutes to go in the fourth quarter and we got a technical foul, and they went on a 6-0 run to cut it to four. We just never regrouped from there. We lost our composure. We still had chances down the end to send it to overtime, just weren't able to execute. This one stings, this one hurts. We are going to have to get over this one, but it stings."
