• South Alabama owns a 15-7 all-time lead over ULM in a series that dates back to Sept. 22, 1984. The Jags have won five straight in the series dating back to 2017, and have swept the Warhawks in the last four meetings from 2018-21. USA is 1-0 against ULM under head coach

• Outside hitter
Hannah Maddux was named the Sun Belt Conference Offensive Player of the Week on Tuesday, marking the second time in her career she has earned the honor after being named SBC Offensive Player of the Week on Sept. 20 earlier this season. Maddux averaged 5.33 kills per set and 5.94 points per set – both second-best in the Sun Belt – last weekend in a pair of league matches against Southern Miss. She totaled three of the top-five kill performances in the conference with 25 in Friday's opener and 23 on Saturday. Maddux also registered 10 digs and eight blocks on the weekend.
• South Alabama ranks second nationally in team attacks per set (38.64) and 13th in digs per set (16.62), both of which lead the Sun Belt Conference.
• The Jags rank second in the SBC in total digs (881) and assists (643), tied for second in opponent service aces per set (1.11), third in kills (699) kills per set (13.19) and fourth in total blocks (117).
• Setter
Kailey Keeble ranks second in the league in assists (550), third in assists per set (10.38), and 10th in digs (196) and digs per set (3.70).
• Outside hitter
Maddie Soboleski ranks third in the SBC in kills per set (3.93) and average points per set (4.45).
• Middle blocker
Morgan Stalcup ranks tied for third in the SBC in total blocks (53), and seventh in blocks per set (1.00).
• Maddux ranks third in the league in kills (199), and tied for fifth in kills per set (3.75). Maddux has recorded 22 or more kills in her last three matches, including a season-high 25 in last weekend's SBC opener at Southern Miss.
• Middle blocker
Niki Capizzi ranks fourth in the conference in hitting percentage (.344).
• Libero
Rachel Hickey ranks sixth in the league in digs per set (3.98), and seventh in total digs (207). Hickey eclipsed the career 1,000-dig mark at South Alabama in a Sept. 9 loss to Kennesaw State in Starkville, Miss.
• Keeble recorded double-doubles in both matches in last weekend at Southern Miss to bring her season total to 11. She enters the weekend with 30 career doubles, which ranks third all-time at South Alabama.
• Keeble was named the Sun Belt Conference Setter of the Week on Sept. 6 after totaling 141 assists, 50 digs, one service ace, five block-assists and one solo block in three matches at the SFA Invitational Sept. 2-3 in Nacogdoches, Texas. It marked the third time in her career she has received the honor after earning the award twice last season.
