- With only one conference loss the Jags are second in the Sun Belt. 
- The doubles duo of Kohoutova and Tutunaru seek their twentieth win.
- South last played Troy in the SBC tournament in 2021 when the Jags earned their ninth straight win over its rival. 
- South Alabama has won the last two matchups against Arkansas State with the previous in 2019. Before that the teams had not met in seven seasons.

LAST TIME WITH TROY 
- Fujioka and Kohoutova improved to an overall 9-4 record as a doubles pair, extending their winning streak to three matches at No. 2. 
- Aoki remains undefeated at court five after recording her ninth consecutive singles victory.
- Fujioka advanced to 13-4 overall in singles play, with 12 of her singles victories coming at the No. 1 position.
- Moreno earned his first singles win at court two, improving her overall record to 5-5 in singles action.
- Kohoutova posted her seventh consecutive singles victory, with her win coming in straight sets.
- Aoki, Fujioka and Moreno also recorded singles wins in straight sets.
- The Jaguars have won the last nine matches against the Trojans since Troy's last victory in 2013.

LAST TIME WITH ARKANSAS STATE
-South Alabama leads the series 14-1 with the 4-1 victory. 
-Kohoutova improved to a team-best 15-2 this spring and has won eight in a row, tied with Pasanen for the longest on the team
