MOBILE, Ala. – To open conference play the University of South Alabama women's tennis team will travel to Lafayette, La. to face the Rajun' Cajuns. After Saturday's match the Jags will return to Mobile to host ULM on Sunday at noon. South was originally scheduled to be on the road for both contests, however, adjusted due to unforeseen circumstances.

- South Alabama leads the series with Louisiana 35-5, winning each of the last 10 matchups. 
- With ULM the Jags lead 9-5 with their last victory a 4-0 sweep at home. 
- Last season South won its first five conference matches, finishing the season with an 8-1 mark in Sun Belt play in addition to the runner up title in the conference tournament. 
- Kohoutova and Tutunaru currently hold a six-match win streak as a doubles duo on court one. 
- In singles play Aoki and Kohoutova lead the Jags with seven dual wins each.
