• Texas State owns a 10-5 all-time lead over South Alabama in a series that dates back to Oct. 20, 2013. The Jaguars have swept the Bobcats in the last two meetings, which came in a regular-season matchup in Mobile and in the Sun Belt Conference Championship final. USA is 3-3 all-time against Texas State in Jag Gym, and 2-0 against the Bobcats under head coach

• South Alabama owns the nation's second-longest home winning streak at 20 games, dating back to 2020, entering the weekend. Florida Gulf Coast boasts the nation's longest home win streak at 21 games. The Jags are 17-0 at home under head coach
Jesse Ortiz. In seven home matches this season, USA has dropped just three total sets and swept four opponents.
• The Jaguars rank 17th nationally in team attacks per set (37.10) and digs per set (16.51), both of which lead the Sun Belt Conference.
• In conference matches, South Alabama leads the league in digs (481), digs per set (16.59), opponent hitting percentage (.119), opponent kills per set (10.41) and opponent assists per set (9.79), tied for first in opponent service aces (24) opponent service aces per set (0.83), and ranks second in hitting percentage (.288), service aces (53), service aces per set (1.83).
• Overall, the Jags lead the conference in digs per set (16.68) and opponent service aces per set (1.04), rank second in total digs (1218), assists per set (12.47), kills per set (13.45) and opponent hitting percentage (.176).

Rachel Hickey has been named the Sun Belt Conference Defensive Player of the Week twice this year (Oct. 4 & Oct. 11), earning the honor in consecutive weeks. She is the first Jaguar in program history to be voted defensive player of the week multiple times in a season.
• Outside hitter
Hannah Maddux leads the SBC in kills per set (4.90), total points (169.5) and points per set (5.84) in league contests, ranks second in kills (142), tied for fifth in service aces (13) and tied for sixth in service aces per set (0.45). Overall, she ranks third in the conference in kills (293) and total points (341), and fourth in kills per set (4.01) and points per set (4.67). Maddux was named the Sun Belt Conference Offensive Player of the Week in consecutive weeks (Sept. 19 & Sept. 27) earlier this season.
• Outside hitter
Maddie Soboleski ranks fifth in the SBC in kills per set (3.90) and points per set (4.35), and 10th in total points (209).
• Middle blocker
Morgan Stalcup ranks tied for fifth in the SBC in total blocks (73), sixth in hitting percentage (.338) and seventh in blocks per set (1.00). In league contests, Stalcup ranks fourth in blocks (34) and blocks per set (1.17), and ranks sixth in hitting percentage (.393).
• Hickey ranks second in the SBC in digs (137) and digs per set (4.72) in league matches. Overall, she ranks fourth in the league in digs per set (4.29), and fifth in total digs (309). Hickey eclipsed the career 1,000-dig mark at South Alabama in a Sept. 9 loss to Kennesaw State in Starkville, Miss. She was named the SBC Defensive Player of the Week in consecutive weeks (Oct. 4 & Oct. 11) earlier this season, marking the first time in program history a Jaguar has been voted the league's defensive player of the week multiple times in a season.
• Setter
Kailey Keeble ranks fourth in the SBC in assists (718) and assists per set (9.97), and ninth in digs (259) and digs per set (3.60). In league contests, Keeble ranks sixth in assists (264) and eighth in assists per set (9.43). Keeble enters the weekend 1,946 career assists at South Alabama. She has recorded 14 double-doubles this season after posting two last weekend against Louisiana, and has recorded 33 career doubles at South Alabama, which ranks third all-time.
• Keeble was named the Sun Belt Conference Setter of the Week on Sept. 6. It marked the third time in her career she has received the honor after earning the award twice last season.
