QUOTES
Head Coach Jesse Ortiz

- On the win:
"I thought Louisiana made some great adjustments to start off the match. They came out with a lot of energy and really took it to us in the serve and attacked to catch us early. I like how our group was resilient and just kept on coming."

- On where the team stands:
"I like the fact that we're getting more and more of our people who are shining. We have a lot of options, and that's really big for us. We just have to keep working hard. I love our gym; they have to come in here and try to fight us out of here. We have some good opponents coming up for sure. They're going to be dogfights; they will be some great matches, and I'm excited for those for sure."

Middle Blocker Morgan Stalcup
- On the win:
"As a team we played really well. We came out kind of slow, but we turned it around and played efficiently and as a unit."

- On the team's success at home:
"Jag Gym is a special place, and a lot of teams sleep on how we're able to perform in here. We're really comfortable in this environment around our fans, and I love Jag Gym; I wouldn't play anywhere else."
