MOBILE, Ala. – The University of South Alabama women's tennis team won its first match of the season 5-2 over the University of New Orleans on Sunday at the Bruce David Lubel Memorial Tennis Courts.
After sweeping in doubles to earn the point, South won the first two singles matches of the day on courts two and three. UNO secured the next two victories on courts four and five, however, the Jags fought for the final two points which were won in a tie breaker on court one and a third set on court six.
