All-Time Series
• South Alabama holds a 30-20 all-time lead over Southern Miss in a series that began in 1975. USA carries a four-match series win streak into Friday's contest. The Jags won the last meeting over the Golden Eagles in straight sets in Mobile in 2019.
• USA owns a 2-1 all-time lead over Jacksonville State in a series that dates back to Sept. 15, 1980. The Gamecocks defeated the Jaguars in four sets in the last meeting between the schools, which came on Sept. 6, 2013, in Nashville, Tenn.
• South Alabama holds a 20-14 all-time lead over Nicholls State in a series that began on Sept. 20, 1980.  The Jags have won the last five meetings in the series, dating back to 2012, including a win in straight sets over the Colonels in Mobile in 2019 in the last meeting between the schools.

• South Alabama leads the Sun Belt Conference in team service aces (43), and ranks second in the league in service aces per set (1.95) and opponent hitting percentage (.148).
• USA ranks fourth in the conference in kills per set (12.77) and hitting percentage (.212).
• Kennedy Wallace ranks second in the SBC in hitting percentage (.414) entering the weekend.
• Setter Kailey Keeble ranks fourth in the Sun Belt in assists per set (10.00), and eighth in service aces per set (0.41).
• Keeble leads the team with three double-doubles, which includes a double-double in last weekend's five-set match against Valparaiso where she recorded career highs in assists (58) and digs (24).
• Rachel Hickey ranks sixth in the Sun Belt Conference in digs per set (4.68).
• Maddie Soboleski ranks seventh in the conference in kills per set (3.41).
• Soboleski recorded a career-high 24 kills in last weekend's loss to Valparaiso, capping a weekend in which she posted 49 kills in 13 sets played. 
• USA finished with a season-high 73 kills in five sets against Valparaiso last weekend.
• All four of the Jaguars' wins this season have come in straight sets. Both of USA's losses this season have come in five-set matches.
