THEY SAID IT
Head Coach Jaco Keyser
On the win over the Tigers: "They have some good players, we know them from fall tournaments.  The positive is that it's good to get a win when we didn't play our best tennis, although they had something to do with that.  But today is a reminder of how far we have to go to accomplish what we want to do."
On what the team can improve on moving forward: "We didn't establish a presence from a defensive standpoint, we struggled with the basic fundamentals and had some little breakdowns in our game plans.  It's early in the season so hopefully we can smooth those things out.  I think we are progressing pretty well, we are on schedule but ideally those improvements happen a lot faster after today."

Up Next: South will remain in Mobile and take on North Florida at 10 a.m. (CST) on Saturday.
