THEY SAID IT
Head coach Terry Fowler
On the impact of the Trojans' run to start the contest: "It was huge, if you look at the rest of the game every quarter was a two- or three-point difference. We dug ourselves such a big hole, which has been the theme this season. We have to figure out something to help us get off to better starts."
On the team's offensive performance: "The force that they played with really rushed us into some shots. We were getting shots that we normally take, but they weren't in rhythm and Troy contested everything. That's a credit to their defense to put us in that position."
Up next: The Jags return home to face Louisiana on Thursday, with opening tip at the Mitchell Center slated for 6 p.m. (CST).
