QUOTES
Head Coach Alexis Meeks-Rydell

- On the wins:
"We were down 24-21 in both sets one and two, and somehow found a way to come back. And we even did that earlier this morning. We were down 11-6 in the fifth set. We work on these things in practice, but when they get put in such pressure situations – that's a choice they are making to step up and not run away from it. Our kids are stepping up in those pressure situations. They are wanting those moments and attacking them head on, and that's what you want. You can't teach that; we try and teach it, but you can't. Our kids are phenomenal."

- On the team's progression:
"We talk every year about peaking at the end of the season, and this is one example of that. We're just focused on one game at a time, because Georgia Southern is a phenomenal team. Both of these matches have been incredibly fun to watch, and it's going to be that way tomorrow too. We're just focused on building momentum and getting better every single game and practice, wanting each day to be better than the day before and hopefully that will carry forward through the rest of the season and in to the (Sun Belt) conference tournament."
