QUOTES
Head Coach Alexis Meeks-Rydell

- On the win:
"To come out and sweep again is super important for us going into a really tough weekend. We didn't have a great day of practice yesterday, and as a coaching staff you wonder if that is going to translate to today, but they did a much better job today of coming out with a little more energy so we could be consistent. I have to give a ton of credit to Alcorn State. I have been friends with their head coach for a long time, and this is her first season with them. They worked super hard, it didn't matter what the score was or what set it was; they challenged us a lot and exposed a couple of our weaknesses, which we will go over in practice this week."
