Head Coach Alexis Meeks-Rydell
- On Ashlyn Roberts' progression through spring and fall preseason practice:
"The biggest growth that we have seen from Ashlyn from spring to now has definitely been in her confidence and her leadership. She has always had extremely high volleyball IQ, but struggled in the spring to know how valuable she really was to this team. She is an extremely aggressive server and has found consistency in her serve receive and defense, and we know she is going to lead us to great things this fall."

- On Paige Lynn and Cassadi Colbert:
"Paige Lynn is truly something special. I have never seen a freshman come in so confident in her abilities and she has made our program better every day. She is still learning how to fully communicate on the court, but what I see in the future with this kid leading us is truly unbelievable. Cassadi Colbert is what every coach hopes all of their players will become eventually, and that is a team player. This kid has the same expectations we do as a coaching staff, and she goes above and beyond every day to make sure she is doing her part to help the team's success."

- On areas she wants the group to improve in heading into the season opener:
"As a whole, we can always get better at serve receive, but I just want these three to continue to work on their leadership from the back court. All three of them carry exceptional leadership skills and they just need to continue to learn how to use them on the court."
