They Said It
Head Coach Terry Fowler
On Arkansas State: "Arkansas State, they're a traditional powerhouse in the Sun Belt, really athletic. They will give you multiple looks on the defensive end, get after you and pressure you. Offensively, they have a lot of sets, lot of movement with a great post player in Peyton Martin, and Westbrook is awesome as well. They play really hard, flat out get after you. We have to match their intensity and exceed it. Game is going to be about competing every possession, really getting after it. Look forward to a great crowd coming out to the Mitchell Center and seeing us play."
On Returning Home to the Mitchell Center: "It's great. I thought the crowd at Appalachian State helped them. We really need Jag Nation to step up, students are back in school now. We really need them to come out and support us as we look to keep the streak we have going alive at the Mitchell Center."
