Awards Ceremony & Family Night
The Sun Belt Conference and the University of South Alabama will host Family Night which will also serve as the student-athlete awards ceremony for the 2010 championship on Tuesday, May 11, 2010. The event will be casual in nature and will be open to the general public. The event will be held at Jaguar Field on the USA campus. The schedule for the event is as follows:

7 pm -- Gates open for Family Night Event
7:15 pm -- Welcome and National Anthem
7:20 pm -- Academic Honor Roll Awards
7:30 pm -- Commissioner's List Awards
7:35 pm -- All-Conference Team & Coach of the Year Award
8 pm -- Sun Belt Conference Home Run Derby*

*The home run derby will be run in the following format.
The student-athletes will be divided into an East and West Division as determined by the conference office. Student-athletes will compete as part of a team and not individually. Each batter will engage in two rounds - the first round will consist of 10 outs and the second round will consist of six (6) outs. The division that has the most combined home runs at the end of both rounds will be declared the winner.

Wednesday, May 12

12:30 pm -- Game 2 (#2 Seed vs. #7 Seed)
3 pm -- Game 3 (#4 Seed vs. #5 Seed)
5:30 pm -- Game 4 (#1 Seed vs. #8 Seed)

Thursday, May 13
10 am -- Game 5 (L Game 1 vs. L Game2)
12:30 pm -- Game 6 (L Game 3 vs. L Game 4)
3 pm -- Game 7 (W Game 1 vs. W Game 2)
5:30 pm -- Game 8 (W Game 3 vs. W Game 4)

Friday, May 14
10 am -- Game 9 (L Game 7 vs. W Game 5)
12:30 pm -- Game 10 (L Game 8 vs. W Game 6)
3 pm -- Game 11 (W Game 7 vs. W Game 9)
5:30 pm -- Game 12 (W Game 8 vs. W Game 10)

Saturday, May 15
One Game
The championship game will be played at 3 pm.

Two Games
The first game will begin at 10 am with the second game beginning 45 minutes following the conclusion of the first game but not earlier than 3 pm.

Three Games
The first game will begin at 9 am with the second game beginning 30 minutes following the conclusion of the first game. The final game will begin 45 minutes after the second game but not earlier than 3 pm.
