CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas? The University of South Alabama men's tennis team fell to New Mexico 4-0 on the last day of play at the HEB Tournament of Champions at Texas A&M-Corpus Christi Saturday.
In doubles action the Jags (6-7) were defeated on the No.2 and No.3 courts giving the 33rd-ranked Lobos (9-2) the opening point of the match.
South Alabama lost in singles play at the No. 1, No. 2 and No. 4 positions making the score 3-0 in favor of New Mexico.
USA will be back in action at home on March 15 against Georgia Southern University at 10 a.m.
