MONROE, La. - The start of the 2008 Men's and Women's Sun Belt Conference Tournament was delayed Friday due to rainfall in the Monroe, La., area. 

The rain appears to have stopped as of 1:30 p.m. (CT) and the first round matches that were scheduled for 8 a.m. are tentatively set to begin at 2:30 p.m. or 3 p.m. The Sun Belt is going to try and play as many matches as we can on Friday, but some of the matches might be postponed until Saturday morning.
