GAINSVILLE, GA ? The University of South Alabama men’s golf team turned in a 300 and is in 14th place at the Linger Longer Invitational, Saturday. Mississippi leads second place UT-Chattanooga by three strokes, while Robbie Greenwood of Memphis is the individual leader at eight-under par, 136.
On day two of the event, junior Daniel Burns led the Jaguars with a two-under par 70 and Jonny Caldwell fired 73. Jack Hiluta carded 77, Marc Bussieres shot 80 and Greg Gowen turned in 85.
