Location: Behind the University of South Alabama Health Services Building (located on campus)
Directions: From Interstate 65
Take Exit Airport Blvd go West.
Turn Right on University Blvd. Go past Old Shell Road and campus will be on your left.
Take a Left at the Third Traffic Light past Old Shell Road (University North Drive)
Take First Right (Health Services Drive)
Health Services Drive will loop around to the back of the Health Services building where the start and finish of the competition will start.

$15.00 for Middle School Women's Team
$15.00 for Middle School Men's Team
$15.00 for Junior Varsity Women's Team

NOTE: $50.00 for each Collegiate team or $100.00 for both men and women's teams. If you enter less than 5 runners, the entry fee will be $10.00 per individual listed on the entry form.

Entries must be received no later than Wednesday September 13, 2005 at Noon online: Go to www.directathletics.com A link to this site can also be found by accessing www.USAJaguars.com , clicking on Cross Country then 2005 Meet Info.
Use the directions, password, and username acquired to make entries at this site. You will also be able to create a password for yourself so that you can make changes later.
There is no scratch/add procedure. You may go in and make changes as often as you wish up to the entry deadline, but after this time all entries are final.
You may make changes as often as you wish until the entry deadline.
No Faxed or Phoned entries will be accepted.

You must have a Direct Athletics team account to enter your team. An existing account will be suffice if you have one.
If you have an account but forgot your username and password, go to www.directathletics.com and click on “Forgot Username of Password?”
If you do not already have a Direct Athletics account for your team, you must create a Direct Athletics team account. To set up your account, go to www.directathletics.com and click on “New User? Click Here”. Follow the onscreen instructions to create an account and submit entries.
Awards: Trophy for Winning Team, Top-Ten Places will Receive T-Shirts
Course: There will be a loop of between 2000 Meters and 3000 Meters. A majority of the course will be run through a wooden path with rolling hills. Each Mile will be marked.
