MOBILE, Ala. ? The University of South Alabama athletic department announced Wednesday that the women’s volleyball team’s Sun Belt Conference match time with Arkansas-Little Rock on Friday Oct. 13 has been changed to 5 p.m.  

USA and UALR had originally been scheduled to start at 7 p.m., but due to “Moonlight Madness” celebration activities, the start time was moved up two hours so that the two events would not conflict with each other and fans could attend both.  “Moonlight Madness”, the annual festivities to tip-off the start of men’s and women’s basketball practice, is scheduled to begin at 7:30 p.m. when the doors to the Mitchell Center open to the public for free popcorn, sodas, balloons and face paint.

South Alabama will be in action this weekend when it begins a three-match road swing Friday night when the Lady Jags take travel to Monroe, La., to take on SBC newcomer Louisiana-Monroe at 7 p.m.
