Kvistad hit .500 (7-for-14), posted a .929 slugging percentage, scored four runs, hit a pair of home runs and drove in five over the weekend at the Diamond 9 Citrus II Classic. On Saturday, Kvistad posted her 14th career multi-hit game as she went 3-for-4 in South’s 8-1 victory over Savannah State including blasting two of the Jags’ three home runs in the game; the two home run outing was her second multi-home run game of her career and marked the 16th time in program history a South Alabama player has hit two or more in a game. In South’s final game of the tournament, Kvistad was a perfect 4-for-4 at the plate and drove in a pair of runs with the four hits tying a career high after matching her tally against Georgia State on March 24, 2018.
