Fluker broke her own school shot put record twice Friday as the Jaguars began their indoor season at the UAB Blazer Invitational. Her first attempt of the season was a 15.10m (49-06.25) throw which broke her USA record set at last year's Samford Invite. The Bessemer, Ala. native then shattered that record with a 15.32m (50-03.25) effort on her fourth attempt. She also earned a top-20 finish in the weight throw event with a 16.28m (53-05.00) mark.
