Odom became the first Jaguar to qualify for the NCAA Outdoor Regional this spring after placing second in the javelin at the Louisiana Classics hosted by Louisiana-Lafayette over the weekend with a throw of 65.9 meters (216-2). The effort has the junior ranked fourth in the Sun Belt Conference, as he finished ahead of two individuals from LSU and five from other SBC schools.
