Cloes went 4-1 in doubles with his partner Clement Marzol and 1-1 in singles Last weekend at the ITA Southern Regional Championships. As part of the No. 1 doubles team in the tournament, they combined to win 24 games while dropping just 10 to reach the semifinals. In the semifinals against a pairing from LSU, Cloes and Marzol took a close first set 7-6 (8) and after dropping the first game of the second, took the next six games to reach the final. They faced No. 7 Oradini/Braun from Mississippi State in the final and lost by just two points in the super-tiebreak third set.
