Ajayi averaged 16.0 points and 4.5 rebounds in road contests at Texas State and UT Arlington. In the opener, Ajayi set a new season high with 25 points, shooting 7 for 10 from the floor, 3 for 5 from 3-point land, and 8 for 9 from the foul line. The three treys are a new career high, and he also grabbed four rebounds. Against UTA, Ajayi scored seven points and set a new personal best with three blocks.
